At Modeltune, we offer trade-in credit towards new products in-store.

 What we accept

• RC Cars – Must be complete and in good working order (brands stocked by Modeltune)
• Model Rail – Locomotives, rolling stock and accessories in working order
• Pokémon / TCG – Singles, collections, and sealed products

 How it works

1. Send us details via email or Facebook (include clear photos, brand/model, condition, accessories)
2. We’ll provide a rough estimate
3. Bring items into store for inspection
4. We confirm final value and issue store credit

 Trade-in values

• RC Models: typically 40%–60% of market value
• Model Rail: typically 40%–70% of market value
  (depending heavily on condition, box, and demand)
• Pokémon / TCG: typically 60%–80% of market value

Market value is based on recent sold listings and current demand.

 Guidelines

• Final value depends on condition, completeness, and demand
• Items must be authentic and legally owned
• We reserve the right to refuse any trade
• Final valuation is confirmed after in-store inspection
• Some items may require 1–5 days for full testing
  

 Store Credit

• Issued after final agreement
• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
• Must be used in-store
