The Tamiya 1/32 Manta Ray Mk.II Mini 4WD Pro Model Kit, a part of the "Mini 4WD Pro" series. It was shown in the web manga "Kichijouji Phoenix" and manga "Mini 4WD Racer Kakeru" as Tsugumi Shinozaki's machine. This is an injection molded plastic kit featuring the high-performance MS chassis, the first chassis to have the double-shaft motor. The "Midship Layout" Chassis is divided into three main parts: the nose, the center and the tail, with the engine mounted centrally. Due to the motor and battery being placed at the middle of the chassis, narrow track large-diameter wheels are no longer compatible.

The Manta Ray Mk.II features the original Manta Ray design, with a pair of front fenders protruding from the side cowls, covering the exposing batteries of the chassis. Instead of the R/C buggy-style rear spoiler, in its place is a pair of separated grill-type spoilers. This snapfit kit comes with red large-diameter, 3-spoke MS-type I wheels, black Avante-type tires, a silver bodyshell with red and blue highlights. The kit uses a 130 double shaft motor and a standard gear ratio of 4:1. A hobby knife/trimmer, a small screwdriver and two R6/AA/UM3 batteries are needed to complete the kit.
