BX12002 Beemax 1:12 McLaren MP4/4 Senna Formula One Car

The Beemax 1:12 McLaren MP4/4 Senna Formula One Car (part HC-BX12002) is a plastic model assembly kit that recreates one of the most celebrated F1 machines of the late eighties. It offers a highly detailed exterior, interior and engine to showcase the car’s distinctive lines and mechanical layout.

Based on the McLaren-Honda MP4/4 that competed during the 1988 Formula One season, the subject car was powered by Honda’s RA168E 1.5‑litre V6 turbo engine and driven by teammates Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost. The design was led by Steve Nichols in collaboration with Technical Director Gordon Murray, contributing to what is widely regarded as one of the most successful Formula One car designs of all time.
