Knight Customs 450 flatbed

Please note, these are 3d printed parts and may require minor refinishing before paint or installation. This set does not include any hardware.

The 450 flatbed is designed to fit to the CEN Ford F450 Dually Truck. This flatbed was designed by Scale By Chris and the 3D files are available exclusively via Knight Customs. Chris included a number of great features in his design including working doors with magnetic latches, light buckets and magnet body mounts for the front cab (magnets sold separately).

To complete the assembly you will need the following (sold separately):

• Magnets:
  • 24 3mmx1mm magnets for the bed doors
  • 6 9mmx3mm magnets for the cab mount and head rack
• Screws:
  • 28 M3x8mm button head screws
  • 4 M3x15mm tapered screws
• Thin wire for door hinges (paper clip wire will work)

Installation notes:

• To attach to the flat bed to the chassis, remove the rear shock towers and use 4 M3x8mm screws to attach bed through same chassis plate shock towers mounting holes. Use 2 M3x8mm screws through the front chassis lower bulk head for the front lower mounts.
• The bed also requires a 60/65mm shocks in the rear and move the lower mounting position down to the link mount.
